The Feminist Journalist Project is a one-year initiative supported by the Foundation for a Just Society. It brings together 15 fierce feminist journalists from across the globe. As AWID, we are excited to convene this space for shared learning, and collaboration beyond borders and binaries. We recognize that each participant of this cohort is already changing the world, in their own unique way, and so we have no doubt that together we can co-create stories that contribute to the feminist worlds we want to live in.

This closed conversation brought together domestic workers (DW) and feminist allies across regions to share knowledge about DW and how to support their strategies for Emancipation.

In collaboration with artist Naadira Patel, we created a scrapbook that highlights a handful of snapshots from AWID’s last four decades of feminist movement support.

This journal edition in partnership with Kohl: a Journal for Body and Gender Research, will explore feminist solutions, proposals and realities for transforming our current world, our bodies and our sexualities.

بالنسبة إليّ، هذه الأنواع من الدردشات كانت ضمن تعابير الحبّ التي أتاحت لي الحياة أن أستمتع بها حديثًا فقط. ما كنت أعرف أن هذه الأشكال الأخرى ممكنة – تلك التي توجَد خارج نطاق ورشات العمل، أو أماكن الناشطين أو غرف الصفّ أو أماكن العمل.
