Europe: New Resource Tracking Law And Religion

Legal matters involving religion are making big headlines these days. A new database resource will help those wanting to follow the issues in detail.

In collaboration with the journal Law and Justice, the Law and Religion Scholars Network (LARSN) has launched the LARSN Case Database on the web.

The database comprises a list of judgments concerning law and religion delivered by domestic courts in the UK, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.

The list is compiled by the Law and Justice case note writing team, led by Frank Cranmer. For each case, a short summary of the decision and a link to the transcript of the case is provided.

Simple, but highly effective and very useful.

The LARSN Case Database is available here: http://www.law.cf.ac.uk/clr/networks/lrsncd.html
