Calls for Participation

The March 2014 issue of the international journal Gender & Development, (published for Oxfam GB by Routledge/Taylor and Francis) will look at Education and Learning from a gender justice and women’s rights perspective. 

We encourage staff, research students and post-doctoral researchers from all discipline across all faculties, whose research interests are related to issues of gender and/or sexualities, to present their research.

This 8^th issue of Q-zine, Africa’s only magazine of LGBTI arts and culture, aims to provoke reflection, analysis, and debate on past and current ideas of queer style and fashion in relation to African queerness.

Created by the OAS, the SEGIB and the Vidanta Foundation, the purpose of the Award is to recognize and support outstanding, original projects to reduce poverty and inequality and combat discrimination in Latin America and the Caribbean. The deadline for submitting applications is June 28, 2013.

Women for Women International is organising a number of exciting challenges in support of women survivors of war, peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina and women in eight war-torn countries

The YCSRR is collecting articles about issues regarding discrimination against LGBTQI people and the barriers that they can face to exercise their rights in any region or country to be published in this special edition that will be published in our main channels of communications.  

The prizes will be awarded to two outstanding papers on Gender Economics, that will receive €5,000 gross each. Submission deadline is 30 April 2013.
